William is a member of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA), a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). He is also an associate member of each of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute.

William has more than 15 years’ extensive audit, tax and assurance experience, handling engagements of listed companies and private companies operating in Hong Kong, mainland China, Canada and overseas over a wide variety of industries including property investment and development, hotel management, construction, money lending, investment advisory services, media and entertainment, retail, manufacturing and trading.

William has led various successful initial public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, debt offering, rights issues, placing exercises for his clients.
